The closest airport is Florence Peretola Airport (FLR). Pisa Galileo Galilei Airport (PSA) is approximately 1 hour from the Florence city center. The majority of flights will require a connection within Europe.
Group Bookings
If we have more than 10 guests departing from one airport on the same dates, we can secure a group booking. The group booking doesn’t necessarily provide a discount on flights, but it will lock in a specific rate for the entire group and it also offers a payment schedule for your airfare. We are in the process of securing the details and will pass them along once we have them.
What we do know about group booking process:
1. Departure date 22 May 2015. Return date 30 May 2015
2. Payment schedule:
I. First payment due 180 days before departure
II. Second payment due 120 days before departure
III. Final payment due 75 days before departure
3. $100 deposit is due by posted date. No deposits will be excepted after due date.
4. Cancellations received 90 days prior to departure will receive a full refund. Cancellations less than 90 days will receive full refund less $100 deposit.
